Solvent Base for Degreaser and Non-Aqueous Iron Phosphate

Properties and application:     Diacote PP is highly purity grade solvent with special corrosion inhibitors for heavy duty cleaning and degreasing of metal.                                                   
DIACOTE PP is a liquid product based on solvents and acidic phosphates. 

The phosphate layer provides an excellent adhesion for organic coatings and improves the corrosion resistance.

DIACOTE PP is applied undiluted by brushing, dipping, flow-coated, or wiped-roll coating. Optimum coating weights produced by any method will normally range between 2000 and 2500 milligrams per square meter.                                                  

Testing and Control:           The DIACOTE PP solution is controlled in the plant by specific gravity determination.

a.      Specific of Gravity

  *         Record the temperature of the DIACOTE PP solution.

  *        Immerse the hydrometer in the DIACOTE PP solution.

  *        Record the reading on the vertical scale at the level
Storage requirements: This product should be stored at 0 - 20 °C.

Usually used for: Gas sylinder 3Kg PT. Pertamina, and other metals
