DIACOOL CT-80 SYN is a heavy duty, oil free, synthetic based machining fluids for steel and stainless steel alloys. This means that raw material were chosen for their resistance to biological degradation thereby controlling the growth of bacteria and fungus. It provides a clean, safe and pleasant working environment.

Diacool CT-80 SYN recommended for machining of steel, alloy steel,stainless steel, bronze, vanadium, cast iron, cooper and aluminium

Grinding:

ID, OD, Centreless,

Surface, Blanchard Grinding,
Ratio mixing;  20 : 1 up to 30 : 1 

i.e 20 to 30 part of water : 1 part Diacool CT 80

Other Machining: Drilling, Boring, Milling, Tapping, Reaming, Turning, Sawing, and Threading  Ratio of mixing; 10 : 1 up to 20 : 1 ratio

 DIACOOL CT 983 SYN is synthetic based machining fluids for use on all metals, plastics, glass and composites. This product designed for machining and grinding fluid.

DIACOOL CT 983 SYN is engineered to provide total performance, whether running small individual sumps or large central systems. Formulated using today's leading chemical technologies and qualified raw materials, that contain balanced lubrication chemistries to provide optimum results.
