DIACLEAN SA (SLUDGE REMOVAL, SLUDGE CLEANER)

DIACLEAN SA is used as a cleaning for Sludge in spraybooth Metal Pretreatment (sludge from phosphating).

Concentration : 15 – 100%
Ussually use for easy cleaning tank process. 

MAKE –UP:

- Fill the operating tank with clean tap water to 3/4 of the final volume.

- Heat up to the working temperature and add slowly the required amount of DIACLEAN SA.

- Fill up to the final volume and after recirculation to homogeneity make the controls.

Equipment:

The process tank, housing, pumps and piping for use with process solution be constructed of any of acid-proof materials.  If gas fired burner tubes are used, they should be made of schedule 80 mild steel pipe or equivalent.  All process circulating pump seals, valve seats, door seals, and other elastomers which come in contact with the working process solution should be EPDM, Teflon™ or Viton™.
