Definition of Adhesives : A paste or powder that can be wetted consisting of a binder, fillers and admixtures for holding materials together.

Plastisol is a suspension of PVC particles in a liquid plasticizer; it flows as a liquid and can be poured into a heated mold. It can be use as a coating.

Our Product : DIASOL C-06 is a  thermosetting one component adhesive containing PVC resin and phthalate plasticizers based. It is a heat curing PVC plastisol adhesive used to give excellent adhesive strenght between steel/galvanized steel media.

Density                        : 1,3 ± 0.1 g/cm³

Non Volatile Content   : 97 (105º C x 3 hours) 

APPLICATION METHOD :

1. Heating parts in the oven (± 150º C)       

2. Dipping the hot parts into DIASOL C-06

3. Balance the thickness that cover the surface.

4. Heating at backing oven (± 180 C for 15 minutes).

CURE CONDITIONS :

The optimum time and/or temperature for curing have to be determined experimentally with the equipment and components on hand.

Oven:               180°C for 15 minutes

Ussually use for jig coating or electric cable

Available in 3 colours : Black, Greey and Green

DIABOND F 51 R , Adhesive for Filter use (Polyurethane Resin)

Hardener, Packaging : 6 Kg/Can or 20 Kg/Can

The DIABOND F 51 R when used in combination with recommended Hardener Diabond F-51 H produces a soft elastic polyurethane adhesive. It is used in the construction of lower strength sandwich elements made from polystyrene hard foam, rock wool, wood fiber, aluminum, various metals and plastics.

This product is typically used for paper in oil filter, with mixing Ratio DIABOND F 51 R : DIABOND F-51H, 4 : 1.

Cure life:                                             40 – 50 min. at 20°C

Open time:                                          2 – 2,5 hours.

Set time:                                             5 – 8 hours

Heat Resistance                                   150 ºC

Ignition Temperature                           > 250 ºC

Application: Only one of the surfaces to be bonded need be coated with the adhesive.

APPLICATION of PAINT REMOVER

APPLICATION :

I. Dipping application (immersion) :

a. To Strip Paint : Immerse the parts in the Dia Stripper 35 SPN or DIA STRIPPER 55 SF, for 5-30 minutes at ambient temperature. 
b. Then rinsing when all the paint film is loose, scrub the surfaces clean with water and a brush,

c. finally, rinse with thinner before repainting.

It is preferable on wood to scrap the loose paint and stripper from the surface and to rinse with thinner, thus avoiding the use of water.

Suitable Metals :

Aluminum, steel, stainless steel, brass and tin are suitable for use

 

II. Application with brush :

a. To Strip Paint : clean the parts and use brush to stripping (remover paint), with Dia Stripper HV-60 for 5-30 minutes at ambient temperature. 
b. Then rinsing when all the paint film is loose, scrub the surfaces clean with water and a brush,

c. finally, rinse with thinner before repainting.

PAINT REMOVER (PAINT STRIPPER) FOR STEEL, QUICK AND FAST FORMULA

DIA STRIPPER 55 SF is a paint stripper for dipping application. DIA STRIPPER 55 SF can remove paint from most metals, except magnesium and zinc and highly stressed hardened steels.
